📦 What returns do we accept?
We only accept applications in the following cases:
1. Defective or damaged product
If your item has arrived with a manufacturing defect or damage, we will arrange a replacement at no cost.
2. Error in the received item
If you received an incorrect product (wrong size, color or model), we will replace it free of charge.
3. Size change
We can offer a size exchange as long as the product is unused and in perfect condition.

Errors in size selection by the customer (except for permitted exchanges)

You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange or return.
